Please include your account email and a description of your issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Open the Karaokely app, tap the settings / account icon, and choose Delete Account. Confirm the action in the dialog. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Yes — tap your avatar in the top-right corner of the app to open your profile settings, where you can update your name and photo.
Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find Karaokely, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Karaokely purchase, and submit a refund request.
Premium includes unlimited song uploads, unlimited AI scoring, and an ad-free experience. Plans start at $9.99/month or $79.99/year.
Karaokely supports MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, OGG, and WEBM files up to 150 MB.
After you record your performance, your audio is analyzed by our AI model for pitch accuracy, rhythm, and vocal stability. The analysis is used only for generating your score — it is not used for any other commercial purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Processing is performed on our AI servers and typically takes 30–120 seconds depending on song length and server load. Please keep the app open during this time.
This can happen if the login session expired or if there was a network interruption. Try logging in again. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected].
We collect your account information (name, email) and your vocal recordings solely for scoring purposes. Recordings are automatically deleted after processing unless you choose to save them. Please see our full Privacy Policy.
