• Your recordings are used only for this App's analysis and scoring functions, not for commercial purposes.
• Unless you choose to save them, recordings will be automatically deleted after a reasonable time.
• We may collect anonymous statistical data to improve service quality.

4. Age and Usage Restrictions

• This App is not suitable for users under 13 years old, unless parental or guardian consent is obtained.
• In the EU, users under 16 years old require guardian consent.

5. Disclaimers

• The analysis and scoring provided by this App are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional music training advice.
• This App provides services within reasonable limits but does not guarantee complete error-free or uninterrupted service.
• The App bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect losses caused by users' use of this App.

6. Applicable Law

• For users in Canada, this agreement is governed by Canadian law (PIPEDA).
• For users in the United States, this agreement is governed by California law (CCPA) and federal law.
• For users in the EU, this agreement is governed by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Modifications and Termination

• We may update this agreement at any time and notify users within the App.
• If users disagree with updated content, they should immediately stop using this App.
